Nike+ iPod Sport Kit

Nike+ IPod records the time, distance, pace and calories burned in real time as you run. You can track those results on an iPod Nano and, after connecting the Nano to a computer, you can veiw your pace of your run mile by mile at (nikeplus.com). this is a very cool device to track your progress very easily. The best way to calabrate your sensor is to run on a track for 400m at your normal pace and stop it right at the 400m finish line. I found that this will give you the most acuracy when calibrating. Your results are about 95% accurate beacause your stride changes as you increase and decrease your speed. For you tech geeks I found a tech link talking about the engineering side of the sensor.
